About the winery
In El Bonillo, a land of savin junipers (a native, protected tree that grows for thousands of years), rosemary and thyme, lies our Finca Élez. It is a carefully tended farm, shaped by its owner, Manuel Manzaneque, to obtain from it the best quality wines, based on limiting the production of these wines that bear his name. Our winery is located at 1,080 metres in the heart of the Sierra de Alcaraz, where the breeze channelled by the mountains and the differences in temperature between day and night allow our grapes to give their very best.
