Vinos Sinceros
About the winery
A small project based on the recovery of century-old vineyards in the Covarrubias valley, at an altitude of one thousand metres. We make, organically and by hand, a white wine for ageing from the Albillo, Viura, Malvasía, Chasselas and Rojal varieties and a crianza red from Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mencía and others.
