About the winery
Bodegas Medina, a family business from the very start, began its journey in 1931. Its founder, great-grandfather José Montaño, always showed a special skill for making wine in an artisanal way. The work took place in a small facility in the village of Puebla de Sancho Pérez. An unfortunate accident changed the course of destiny and a new generation joined the winery: grandfather Antonio Medina and grandmother Esperanza.
