About the winery
At Barón de Ley, the harvest is done by hand, not only to pamper each bunch of grapes to the utmost but also to showcase our greatest asset: the vineyard. Naturally, having the grapes right next to the winery contributes very particularly to the quality of the wines, by minimising the time it takes for the grapes to reach the winery during the harvest and so avoiding unwanted fermentation during transport.
