About the winery
The winery's philosophy is respect for the grape, so the way of working is very careful and methodical, to obtain elegant wines that express the characteristics of each soil and each vintage. At the winery we work each plot and soil separately. The harvest is manual, in 15 kg crates, with selection in the vineyard and a second selection at the winery. All the wines are fermented with their native yeasts.
