Bodega Aldonza

◍ Albacete

About the winery

Aldonza is a family winery in Munera, in the province of Albacete, set in the La Mancha landscapes that inspired Don Quixote. Its products are made at the Dehesa de Navamarín, a large estate combining vineyards, olive groves and saffron fields, and the business is run by the fourth generation of the Martínez Sánchez family. As well as red, white and rosé wines, it produces cava, extra virgin olive oil in its own mill and saffron, and its reds include Navamarín Gran Reserva, a multi-varietal wine aged for four years. The estate welcomes visitors with wine and olive oil tourism experiences that showcase the winery and the mill and let guests taste its wines and products.
