About the winery
Founded in 1930, the winery belongs to the Carreño family, who have uninterruptedly made and sold their wines in the traditional way. It is located in the town of Cehegín (home to the most important winery in the Kingdom of Murcia during the 18th and part of the 19th century), surrounded by vineyards, mostly of the Monastrell variety, at an average altitude of 600 metres above sea level and with a semi-arid climate.
