About the winery
After closely examining a series of 25- to 30-year-old vineyards on stony ground, we selected 100,000 kilos of 100% Verdejo grapes that best reflect the specific characteristics of this region. Using cold fermentation and seeking a perfect balance of aromas, acidity, body and fullness on the palate, we are proud to present our first Verdejo Superior Cyatho.
