About the winery
Bodega Arca de Noé was born in 1953 and has grown up in the Barrio de las Cuevas, surrounded by old wineries with centuries-old cellars and the colours of the vineyards of San Asensio, in the heart of Rioja Alta. From our first winery, “La Bodega Carcedo”, we keep in our history the emblematic names of its four cellars, Baco, Apóstoles, Salto and Infierno, and a philosophy of life that gives our wines a unique character, as they combine the wisdom of tradition, a privileged terroir, 780 ha of our own vineyards and precise winemaking.
