About the winery
It all began with the dream of a self-made man, Don Félix Rodríguez, who in the 1940s left his native La Gomera to set off with his father on a journey to Venezuela with no resources other than the strength of his spirit and his dreams. Part of his legacy lies in his great ambition to build a large Canarian winery to make wines in the land once known as «The Wine Islands». Bodegas El Lomo recently celebrated 30 years since its founding, and three generations continue to uphold that «dream», making it a benchmark of viticulture in Tenerife.
