About the winery
Winner of the Spanish Sommelier Championship in 1997 and creator of a tasting school in Barcelona that operated for 14 years, Enric Soler became a winemaker in 2004 after the death of his grandfather. Encouraged by friends, instead of selling the old Xarel·lo vineyard planted by his grandfather in 1945 in Sabanell (Font-rubí), in an area used as an airfield by the Republican side, he decided to restore it gradually.
