About the winery
Bodega Eresma - La Soterraña is in Olmedo (Valladolid), the town of the Knight, within the D.O. Rueda. It was born in 2006 as the project of a group of friends who love wine and have long been linked to the sector, some of them winemakers. It works mainly with Verdejo, the native variety of the area, complemented by Sauvignon Blanc, Viura and Godello. It makes its whites under the Eresma brand and focuses on organic, vegan-friendly wines. The winery is part of the Rueda Wine Route and offers guided visits with a tasting of its wines and a small aperitif.
