About the winery
Bodegas Ernesto del Palacio is a dream and a purpose. It is the 300-year history of a family devoted, with care and perseverance, to the land, to farming and, of course, to wine. It is, at the same time, the desire to return to the winery, to create an experience, to improve what we are. That is why our story begins in 1715, when the Del Palacio family began selling and producing a unique wine from century-old vines, those of Toro, which were among the few that escaped the phylloxera plague that devastated Spain at the end of the 19th century.
