About the winery
Florentino Martínez sold his wines from the small family wineries he owned until the current winery was built in 1992, with a bottling plant and a hall for receiving and storing the harvest. The winery has gradually modernised to equip itself with the most advanced winemaking technologies: temperature-controlled fermentation tanks, a destemmer and a low-pressure press, completed with the construction of a social area, a barrel hall and a teaching room.
