About the winery
The origins of Fonpinet cava go back to 1948, when it began to be made in an entirely artisan way and in very limited quantities, mainly for personal consumption. It was not until 1986, with the knowledge gained from almost forty years of experience, that Cava Fonpinet began to be sold. Year after year we have increased production and modernised the machinery used in the winemaking process.
