About the winery
The current winery stands on the old winery where «clarete» wine was made over the previous two centuries. At reception, the grapes are sorted before going to the destemmer. A modern hydraulic press simulates traditional winemaking, avoiding high pressure on the grapes to get the best out of them. It is also used for bleeding off the rosé wines.
