Huerto de la Condesa is a winery in Ronda set within the former Heredad de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores, the estate built by the Countess of Guadalevín, Carmen Ábela García, whose gardens were designed by the Frenchman Nicolás Forestier. Its vineyards, in the Guadalcobacín valley and bordering the Ronda–Algeciras railway, are among the last to be planted in Ronda, on clay-limestone soils. They work mainly with red, Tintorera and white Garnacha, and to a lesser extent Syrah, Tintilla de Rota, Viognier and Moscatel; from these come reds such as El Chacachá, rosés and their first white, based on Viognier. They offer tours of the winery and vineyard with a presentation and tasting of their wines and an aperitif, in Spanish and English.
