About the winery
A modern building, integrated into the landscape and energy-sustainable. The concept of our winery is based on a building that is as discreet as possible, playing with the topography of the plot, with its volume partly buried and covered by a blanket of vegetation to blend in better and to protect the valuable wine inside from climatic variations. Integration into the topography allows us to work with gravity in the winemaking process, as the grapes enter at the upper level.
