About the winery
The 14 hectares of its own vineyards, divided into nine estates in Aibar-Oibar, gave rise to this family business in 2000. Following the principles of organic farming, Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Syrah are grown, yielding between 55,000 and 60,000 kilos of grapes. Production per hectare is around 4,000 kilos, controlled by green pruning among other means. The total capacity of the artisan winery tops out at 100,000 litres.
