Bodega Paraísos Perdidos

◍ Murcia

About the winery

Paraísos Perdidos is a winery based in Mula that works vineyards in north-western Murcia, within the D.O. Bullas. Its aim is to combine tradition and knowledge to bottle the landscape and identity of each plot, focusing on native varieties and fresh, balanced Mediterranean wines. It has 3.5 hectares of its own organically farmed vineyards, with Monastrell as the main variety and small plots of Garnacha and Macabeo. Its wines are Vid(a) Salvaje Macabeo, from old bush-trained, dry-farmed vines at 800 metres with four months in French oak, and Vid(a) Salvaje Garnacha, from the El Pradillo site, partly fermented with stems. They also make Vermut del Paraíso, with Macabeo, old Moscatels and more than thirty spices and botanicals.
