About the winery
Bodega París Trimiño makes and ages its wines in Roa (Burgos), within the D.O. Ribera del Duero. It is a house with family roots: their ancestors already grew vines and made wine in the area, and from that time they have kept the old wine press. Today the winery combines that legacy with modern winemaking facilities. Its range is short and centres on two reds: París, which spends between one and four months in French oak and then rests at least six months in bottle, and París Plus, with a minimum of twelve months in French oak and another six in bottle. It is a small winery that offers a way to get to know the wine of the Burgos part of the Ribera through a family tradition.
