About the winery
Our story begins in 1999 inside a 15th-century mansion in Toro (Zamora), the Rejadorada palace. This is where the particular project of Luis Remesal, Jose A. Fernandez (Chencho) and Jose Antonio de Saja was born: to make reds that stand out for careful winemaking and extreme care in every process, in order to obtain fine, complex and harmonious wines with one great protagonist: the “Tinta de Toro” (Tempranillo) variety. In 2003 Rejadorada grew with a new winery in San Román de Hornija (Valladolid).
