About the winery
For Bodega Severino Sanz, the land and the vineyard are paramount, since the personality and quality of our wines depend on them. So we work in our vineyards all year round, applying rigorous processes that are the result of knowing and observing them. Our vineyards consist of some 28 hectares of Tempranillo vines, some of them over a hundred years old. The grapes grow on old bush-trained vines at an altitude of 980 m, deeply rooted in our land and our culture, which give us a unique quality.
