About the winery
Bodega Siesto is in Sanzoles, in the province of Zamora, surrounded by vineyards in an area with a long winemaking tradition. It describes itself as an old-style winery, dug into the rock, with stable humidity and temperature all year round and a fully equipped wine press, but with an approach that blends the memory of tradition with the freedom to experiment. Its range consists of three wines: Siesto, its Tempranillo; Siesto Vino de contrabando; and MaMa. The winery has a space for events and tastings and organises guided visits with a tasting, explaining the winemaking process, for both individuals and companies.
