Bodegas Sobreño is a family winery founded in 1998 with the aim of making top-quality wines aimed at the most demanding markets from an exceptional grape variety, Tinta de Toro. Roberto San Ildefonso and his brother Javier came to Toro after travelling through various Spanish wine regions, captivated by the potential of the grapes they found here.
