About the winery
Bodega Soledad was founded on 16 March 1958 by 59 local farmers with a combined production of 2,000 tonnes of grapes. The building work was financed with a loan from the Labour Protection Fund worth 6 million pesetas. The winery was born with the aim of being present in international markets. Export activity began in the 1980s.
