About the winery
Moving the winery to La Casa de Labor made it possible to update the machinery and winemaking technology while keeping the artisan character of production. Production is carried out separately by grape variety and plot, so that the different characteristics of microclimate and soil remain under control. The tanks have a maximum capacity of 10,000 litres, which allows the different wines to be made separately; after the various blends, they give rise to the final products.
