About the winery
The family was making wine more than a hundred years ago, always in Valbuena de Duero, for its own consumption, selling the surplus to other villagers. The wine was made in presses and cellars located near the town centre of Valbuena de Duero, where the village's wineries are. The presses were built of limestone ashlar.
