About the winery
A small piece with three wrought-iron links was one of the few remains we recovered from the old family winery. Yet it holds great meaning: it recreates the intertwining of vine shoots and tendrils (parts of the vine), and symbolises the union of body, mind and soul, which wine brings into harmony, since it is health for the body, inspiration for the mind and recreation for the soul. A balance that brings well-being. It is also associated with spring, fertility and the Sun.
