About the winery
Bodegas Altanza, located in Fuenmayor (Rioja Alta), was born in October 1998 with a clear founding principle: to make quality wines in a more “lively” style than the classic Rioja of old, and to sell them at a fair price. We understood that our region's long winegrowing and winemaking tradition was a source of pride and should be respected in its essence.
