About the winery
The grape grower Juan Ramón Ollo Aristu created this small winery in 1995, driven by the desire to fulfil his two greatest dreams: to make a quality wine and to grow, starting from 10 hectares of vineyard. Today his wish has been more than fulfilled, considering that the winery now has 30 hectares of vineyard, farmed organically. Bodegas Aristu is located in an area with a long winemaking tradition: the Baja Montaña area, near the impressive Lumbier gorge and close to the Castle of Javier.
