About the winery
To find the beginnings of this winery we have to go back to before 1888; it was founded by the entrepreneur Sergio Armendáriz, continuing an earlier winery. It is currently owned by the Pueyo-Armendáriz family, so paradoxically it has always been linked to that surname, although there is no family connection. Thus it has traditionally been known as Armendáriz, although its registered name is José Pueyo Granada. Its headquarters are in Falces.
