Dug into gently sloping hillsides, wines have been made in them for more than 500 years in a stable environment at a constant temperature all year round. At Bodegas Belote they respect tradition in winemaking, recovering the cave cellars as a cultural and landscape asset in a territory that is looking towards wine tourism.
