The winery is the culmination of a long process in which all parties have been involved. Without explicitly mentioning individuals, we must include the Farmers (the Winegrowers of Castillejo de Robledo), the officials of the Junta de Castilla y León in Soria, and Caja Rural de Soria, represented by its Chairman and its Managing Director, without whose support and faith in the project it would not have been possible to undertake this journey, which is now a reality and into which we have all put, each from our own place, enthusiasm, heart and…
