About the winery
We are the family legacy left to us by Hipólito, the central axis and starting point of our story: years of accumulated know-how, a spirit of innovation, a search for new contributions, a guarantee of quality, the assurance that we know what we are doing. Hipólito, a fighter and a hard worker, started out in 1835 on his own and, with great effort, by 1841 was still working his vines, but by then had a small crew under him.
