Bodegas Corral (don Jacobo)

◍ La Rioja

About the winery

Bodegas Corral was created more than a hundred years ago thanks to the drive of a true-born Riojan, Don Saturnino Daroca, a grower and winemaker who began planting the first vines in Sojuela, a village near Navarrete. His daughter married Don Martín Corral, who gave the winery its name and lent his coat of arms as its emblem, which still highlights the family character of our winery today. In the 1950s new markets opened up, coinciding with Florencio and Gregorio Corral joining the business.
