About the winery
All of Cruz de Alba's grapes come from a singular vineyard, Finca Los Hoyales, located right in the golden mile of Ribera del Duero. Only the best Tempranillo grapes are used to make its wines, with agro-homeopathic treatments and manual harvesting following the biodynamic calendar, according to which the moon marks the days on which decisions about the vineyards can be made: air corresponds to the flower; water, to the leaf; fire, to the fruit; and earth, to the roots.
