The vineyards the winery controls, most of them bush-trained and all within 6 kilometres of the facilities, are at an average altitude of 600 m. The grapes come from old vines (vineyards with an average age of 35 to 50 years, some of them older, almost a hundred years old) located between Badarán and Cárdenas. In this area there has been no land consolidation, an important factor in preserving the typicity of the terrain.
