About the winery
De Postín is the project of Agustín and Marta Postigo at the Señorío de Zayas de Báscones, in the highest, Soria part of the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Their own vineyards, including Parcela 29, lie at around 960 metres, and yield a high-altitude wine made by hand, with manual harvesting, in limited editions aged for more than a year in French oak barrels, such as De Postín Edición Limitada. The guided visit is private and led by the founders themselves: it includes a buggy ride through Parcela 29, a visit to the small artisan winery a few minutes from the vineyard, and a tasting with Iberian ham among century-old holm oaks and old underground cellars.
