About the winery
The winery is built in harmony with the terrain, set into the hillside to achieve the effect of an underground cellar. This creates ideal environmental conditions for ageing wines: the barrel room is 7 metres underground, covers 600 m2 and currently houses 150 French oak barrels of different grains and toasts on cradle systems. The underground part of the winery also contains another 600 m2.
