About the winery
The winery has modern facilities with the latest technological advances. After the grapes are selected in the vineyard, they are carried to the winery in small trailers. The grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks, where we carry out a pre-fermentation maceration at 5 degrees at the start of alcoholic fermentation, which allows us to extract in perfect condition the varietal aromas and the anthocyanins responsible for the red colour.
