About the winery
Jose Antonio Arévalo and Benicio Garcia founded their winery by uniting their two families, «Garcia and Arévalo», in 1991, with the intention of making wines from grapes grown in the century-old vineyards of the municipality of Matapozuelos, famous for producing some of the best Verdejo grapes. Our philosophy is to create wines that reflect our origins, the land and the climate, combined with winemaking traditions and new techniques and technologies.
