Bodegas Gardel is a family business of farmers and entrepreneurs who found in the La Mancha land of Las Mesas (Cuenca) an ideal place to make high-quality wines. Our philosophy is to leave nothing to chance. That is why the best plots and the best vineyards were chosen, confident that wine begins with the selection of the best grapes and convinced of building on all the good we have inherited, from both tradition and new technologies, in order to make excellent signature wines.
