About the winery
In 1998 a group of businesspeople and winegrowers, all linked to Ribera del Duero, undertook the founding of Bodegas Imperiales. That year, after an enormous amount of research, construction of the winery began in one of the areas of Ribera del Duero with the greatest winemaking tradition, home to very old vineyards of extraordinary quality. Since its founding, Bodegas Imperiales has made a firm commitment to quality: high-quality wines that reflect the characteristics of our soil and of the native varieties of our land.
