About the winery
This company was founded in 1990 by Francisco Sanz Ramírez who, after various trials, came to make cheese from his sheep's milk by hand until he achieved a “pure sheep's cheese”. Over time it became known; his cheeses were so delicious and so well liked that he decided to give them his name, “Tío Sanz”. Years later Mayra carried on the family business with the same passion that characterises them, this time devoting the business to the world of wine.
