“Labor omnia vicit improbus” (Our work overcomes the unforeseen). A quotation from Virgil that appears on the coat of arms of Lezcano-Lacalle, a house founded in 1991. The original intention was to make only great red wines, from grapes from its own vineyards. Pioneers with the first Reserva from Cigales (Lezcano-Lacalle Reserva 1991). The estate's vineyards are a true viticultural paradise with a unique terroir. Harvesting and winemaking are based on selection, extraction and ageing. A winery deeply committed to history, it is recognised as one of the most prestigious names.
