About the winery
The Díaz Vázquez family has its own vineyards, which provide the grapes that, duly processed, become the Puerta Palma and Theodosivs cavas and wines. Carmina Vázquez's extensive experience allows her to harvest the grapes at the right moment, balancing acidity, sugar content and, in the case of the reds, phenolic ripeness.
