About the winery
Born in Montealegre del Castillo (Albacete) in 1950. The son of a winemaker, I have been linked all my life to the countryside and to wine. Sadly, my father died when I was 12, leaving me a small vineyard. Thanks to the farm work I did from time to time, I managed to pay for my pharmacy studies. Over time, in love with my land and its terroir, I began buying old vineyards near the first one and also planting new ones. In 1994, with more enthusiasm than means, I became interested in “Santa Rosa”.
