Bodegas Muñana breathes history and tradition. Located in the north of Granada, it keeps alive the tradition of a land where the Romans made wine two thousand years ago. The name Muñana probably derives from the Hispano-Arabic word “al munya” (orchard or farm), which in turn comes from the classical Arabic “al-munyah” (desire). The word originally referred to an orchard or a country house surrounded by gardens and farmland.
