The Larrainzar family has been settled in this part of Ayegui, near the Monastery of Irache at the foot of Montejurra, for more than 160 years. This property housed a small winery founded in 1891 by Luis Larrainzar, and the project is now in the hands of his great-grandson, who revived the tradition with the 2004 vintage together with his children. There, the grapes used to make their wines are picked by hand, in small productions.
